Thomas Harris (General)

On 24 December 1831 Thomas Harris married Jane Rosser at English Bicknor they had 2 children Anna & Eliza both baptised in November 1834 at Ruardean. Jane died in 1836 and is buried at the Forest Church in Drybrook. Thomas subsequently married Charlotte Jones at the Lea on 16 May 1837. Subsequent Census records suggest he was born in Ruardean in 1805/6, there are two possibilities Thomas son of William Harris and Elizabeth Hardwick bapt 25 December 1805 at Ruardean ot Thomas son of Thomas Harris and Mary Symonds bapt 10 August 1806 at Ruardean, but which one is it?

Eliza married John Symmonds at Ruardean on 2 September 1855, but I have been unable to find any link between the Symonds families, also Jane Symonds is a Witness at Thomas Harris & Mary Symonds marriage and I can`t find any link between Jane & Mary.

If anyone can help I would be very grateful.
