One of my ancestors James ALLAWAY appears on the 1891 and 1901 census as being married to a Mary THOMAS(?)It seems that Mary was previously married to Mark HALE who died aged 35 March qtr. 1885(Ross 6a 333)They are shown together on the 1881 census at Cinderhill Mark`swas born at Ruardean and Mary at Llansamlet GLAMI haven`t been able to find an entry of marriage for mary and James
