Dec: Last week, as ISAAC KEAR, of Bream, was working in Mr Ives's Coalpit, near Coleford, upwards of two tons of the work gave way suddenly, and fell upon him, which fractured his arm at the elbow in so dreadful a manner and otherwise much bruised him, but he is in a fair way of recovery.
