Infant Deaths of Lewis Family, St. Briavels Common (General)

Looking further into my notes I have come across a record of an infant's death as

Ivy Lewis, 6hrs Dec. 1, 1921, Beaconsfield St. Briavels Common

Conversations with a relation has raised the idea that there may have been a twin boy as well.
No record has been found yet of such the case. If the child was not named would there be a buriel record, Baby (boy) Lewis?

Any thoughts?
