John Henry James
John Henry (Harry) James who worked in the Waterloo Colliery till he emigrated
to New Zealand 1927. This photo was sent to his brother Oliver who was still
living in Lydbrook. Trying to entice him to come to New Zealand. But I am glad
they didn't as I would not have their granddaughter to visit.
John Alan James
John (Jack) Alan James born in Sarah Siddons house, Lydbrook.
Army photo taken around 1942 in NZ before he left for Italy.
