Doctor Phillips in Sedbury (General)

I've posted this before, but realised I posted it with another surname.

This one is a Tester because I haven't got anything to go on only this and not sure if Sedbury is part of the Forest but here goes.

in the 1950/60's a Doctor Phillips lived in Sedbury does anyone remember him??? His House was just over the bridge from Chepstow.

I told you I didn't know a lot didn't I.
