WILLIAMS family Penalt (General)

Hi

I am looking into information or any connections on my Williams family of Penalt who moved to Clements End, Newland.
Susanna Williams (England) and Thomas Williams moved with family and had Hagar Williams born 20/11/1867.
I know Thomas Williams was a farm Labour in Newland.
(interested to know any more information on the place)
By 1871 the family are now living in Clements Green, Sling, Newland

Hagar Williams

Does anyone know of the above places..is Clements green a house?

I have so far managed to trace child Thomas and Hagar. Not sure where Thomas and Susanna ended up as yet
