Alice read (General)

Hi I'm looking for any information about Alice read 1863.
She is my 2nd great grandmother. I know she was married to Thomas Higgins and have found the marriage record on this site which says her father was James Read. But when looking for her on other sites the Alice read 1863 I find has a mother's maiden name as Price/Cox/fox as I think she was married again.
I then look for a price marrying a price/fox/Cox and it comes up with Elijah not James.
Any help much appreciated as if hit a brick wall.
