Buried plot in Christchurch parish church. (General)

I am trying to find my Grandmothers grave in the grave yard. I have been to the Gloucestershire archives, who told me the parish burial book is at Christchurch parish church, the helpful Mr Trevor Harvey, showed me the book, with her name and details the grave yard map showed the name and row number, but l was still unable to find her. I also want to find my grandfather who is also in the same grave yard. My sister has written to the the Reverend Tony Williams unfortunately he was unable to help me.Can anyone help us of the correct way to proceed or take another route.
