The prior thread tells us Isaac married Edith Jones in 1905. GlosBMD gives a little more detail, and explains why no Parish Record. It seems the Herberts wern't Church-goers as there are no Baptism records for their children;

FamilySearch also has this record regarding his WW1 Service, his Medal Index Card on Ancestry (freely available without a sub) confirms he was a Private in the RASC, but in a different unit to his brother Philip;
