Mostyn-Jones Family (General)
I do not know if I am related to the Rev. Mostyn-Jones, but my Taid was D. Mostyn-Jones. Born in Pentre Melyn, then a Grocer in Prestatyn. He was actually born near Amwlch, on Anglesea, in about December 1898, and spent his army life in Basra, during the first world war. After that he went onto become a Grocer in Colwyn Bay, then starting his own shop, in Prestatyn in about 1922.
While he was a Grocer in his first shop, he was having his own shop built, becoming the owner of Mostyn Buildings Prestatyn. This is where he lived, until he died in the late 1980's or early 1990's.
Does anybody have any more information about this person, and any more family history. about him, prior to his birth? I would like to know.
