James Trigg c1791 Westbury-on-Severn (General)

Hoping someone can help, I've hit a bit of a dead end researching the Triggs of Westbury-on-Severn. I've traced my line back to a James Trigg b.c1791, who married an Anne and had children: Isabella, Sarah, James (my great-great-great grandfather), Richard (who emigrated to the USA), John, Elizabeth, Kezia, Eliza and Thomas.
When searching the records, I can find reference to 3 different James Triggs born in Westbury in the approximate age range: one, the son of a James and Hannah, died aged about 3 months in 1790, the second was another son of James and Hannah but born in 1793, and the third was born in 1791 and the son of an Elizabeth Trigg - no father named.
I'm assuming at this stage that the third James is my great-great-great-great grandfather, in which case I'd love to know if anyone can help me confirm this or tell me more about Elizabeth. I have no information on her at all, and whether she was a Trigg by birth or by marriage.

Thanks for that, slowhands. Not sure about it, given I've found a lot of data for a number of other Richards and Elizabeths born at about the right time also. But I'll keep looking!
