Beachley land was taken over to become shipyards in WWI, later the Army Apprentice college; there was a manor at Beachley.
The Marling family held Sedbury Park at the time of WWI and also had military connections.
Would not be surprised to find a small "ward" or hospital at either.
TB was far more common then , often found as Consumption on death certs; he may not have been in isolation or a care setting
