Charlotte BEARD born about 1769 at Newnham (General)

My GGGrandmother was Charlotte Beard born about 1769 at Newnham. In 1819 she married William Wooles and lived with her family at Newnham.

I have no idea who her parents were, I have tried looking, so would appreciate any help on this matter.
