Miss Francis Runicles taught me in Sunday School in the 1940s.She was still a spinster when she died.
When I was at school in Monmouth we held our speech days in the Rolls Hall and our headmaster the Reverend Cullingford was always complaining about the acoustics there,obviously others thought it good enough to hold an Eistedfodd there.
