Hi

I can find her on the 1881 census living at Longhope with her Husband and two youngest children.

Her husband then dies not long after the census, having tried all the variations I can think of I still cannot find a trace of a death or re marriage.
Any ideas?..

Hi Slowhands

This is what I do have at the moment

Husband George 1829-1881

Oldest daughter Lucy Sarah 1856- not sue where she is,but I think she marries

Henry John Shillam Hopkins 1859- marries in 1882 and is on the 1901 @ East Dean

Georgina Adeline Emma 1861-1889 married Louis Sparrow.

Annise Luara Clara 1861-1861

George Albert Frederick 1864- In Longhope 1881 as a Farm Servant

Arthur Wiliam 1869- not sure of

Edith Miriam 1874- not sure of although Freebmd lists a marriage of a Edith Marian but I think its not the same one.

Only thing I can think of is she and the 3 youngest went overseas.
