Thanks for the reply, just goes to show you never know who you'll meet when you enter a forum.

Come to this family history over the last weekend having realised that I really now very little about my family history and where we really came from, and wishing I'd spoken more about it to my Gran when i was a kid.

If Heather is your mother then assuming your grandfather is Teddy and grandmother Olwen then your mother is my cousin; who I've not seen since she was a little girl and for that matter I was a slip of a lad and still living at home.

My mother Anne is/was Teddy's sister and the last time I saw Teddy and Olwen was on the sea front in Weston.

As for the family tree I recently had a surprise phone call from Evelyn (Teddys sister) and from what I understand from Evelyn she has taken the family back to 1500's!!

Assuming we are related any chance of sharing the info. please.
