Wow, thankyou slowhands for taking the time out to research my gt gt grandparents.
Looks like I got the Williams part wrong then. So it's Reed, I must admit I wasn't sure about the Williams part myself, I only did a quick search through the parish records lastnight due to it being so late.
I can confirm that Emma E Smith did marry John Jones 24 Jan 1887 and they had 11 children.

Elsie Amy Jones b1892 - 1922
Francis Leonard Jones b1894 - 1951 (My Gt Grandfather - I have all info about him)
William John Jones b1897 (Can't seem to find any other info on him)
Albert Edgar Jones b1899 - 1929
Ethel Winifred Jones b1901 - 1988
Frederick Arthur Jones b1903 (Can't seem to find any other info on him)
Gladys Lilian Jones b1905 - 2003
Doris M Jones b1908(Can't seem to find any other info on her)
Mildred Kate Jones b1910 (Can't seem to find any other info on her)
Sidney is down as the grandson of Emma & John in one of the census my Uncle found.
Gertrude M Jones married Sidney E Giles and they had a son called Sidney A G Giles b1909
