William and Fanny Morgan, 1880s, East Dean (General)

Would be interested to know if anybody on the site has connections to, or knows anything about, the WILLDAY, MORGAN or HOPE families.

My 4xgreat-grandparents George Willday b.c.1810 (named Thomas George on death cert. and burial record, but named George in census, marriage records etc) and Elizabeth Willday nee Hunter b.1810 Colchester had settled at Cinderford Jump (?), East Dean by the time of the 1871 census. He was an accountant and I have spotted both burial records amongst the data on this site.

I have found out that they had 3 children - Edward, David and Ann - of which, Ann married a George Underhill HOPE in 1855. She died in 1858 having produced a daughter Fanny HOPE (b.1856, Claines, Worcestershire) who married at Cinderford in 1876 to William MORGAN (b.1856 East Dean). They had two children, both born at East Dean - a son William in 1876 and a daughter Elizabeth in 1878. Unfortunately I cannot trace any of the four after the 1881 census was taken.

I would be really interested to know if anybody using this site knows anything more about the Morgans. William was a collier when he got married, an engineer when the children were born and an "engine fitter at works" in 1881, when the family's address was given as St. John's, East Dean. I am not certain if they stayed in the area or not but am trying to find out.
