Todd's Quarry (General)

Does anybody know where Todd's Quarry was?
James Birt, born 1799 died June 1866, buried in Parkend churchyard lived, at the time of his death, at Todd's Quarry, East Dean. He died of bronchitis and exhaustion.
In 1861, he was in Viney Hill, occupation labourer. Prior to that, he was a coal miner and in 1851 lived at St John's, East Dean.
I am assuming that the reason for the East Dean link on his death certificate is that, at that time, Viney Hill was split between being partially in West Dean and partially in East Dean, but I have no idea where Todd's Quarry was to pinpoint a rough location.
I am aware from having bought a book on the history of Parkend that there were a lot of quarries in the area.
Any help on location would be welcome.
