Mason - Sculptor (General)
My great grandfather was a sculptor, earlier he was a mason journeyman. In his case this meant he was mason while training(journeyman). Later he worked on marble and was then a sculptor. Marble of course requires more finesse. My grandfather when young made the mistake of attempting to carry out work on a piece of marble and succeeded in ruining it. This cost my great grandfather a lot of money as the spoilage had to be paid for by him. Grandad had trouble sitting down for a long time and was not allowed near masonry work again. He became a miner and moved into monmouthshire when he was older.
