Joseph Parsons son of William, Born c. 1805/6 (General)
I know that Joseph Parsons was born c. 1805/6 based on age of 46 in 1851 census although less reliably aged 30 in 1841 census - both entries in Redmarley. But no origin found in Redmarley for Joseph of any extended family.
Married 13 September 1827 to Caroline Hunt (d. of William & Eliz.) in Redmarley and again in 25 November 1841 to Julia Brookes. (Caroline died).
Father (not Father deceased) listed as William on 1841 marriage certificate but does not appear to have been living in Redmarley (not found in 1841 census).
Family seem to have taken up residence in a house within the Lowbands settlement (but not part of the designated Chartist properties) which is part of the Redmarley parish sometimes listed under Corse and/or Staunton).
I have checked through all the available FoD records with little help. I have searched most of generally available PR transcripts in the general area of Redmarley.
Can anyone help or suggest an avenue for further exploration - I would ideally like to find Jospeh's origin, baptism etc. ?
