Leslie Frances (Ted) Barnes (General)
Hi. I am new here, and would like to reply to a message by Rita Rook but am not sure how. Her message was written quite some time ago, 1997, by the look of it, but I have only just found it. It was regarding Leslie Francis Barnes, born in 1906 in Lydney, Gloucestershire. He had a family here, then emigrated to Australia leaving the family behind, and from her message it looks like he came back. I wondered whether Rita Rook is still looking for answers to her query and whether she still checks the messages here? In which case she may like to get in touch with me since I know her half-sister.
Leslie Frances (Ted) BARNES - original message
I am looking for relatives of Leslie Frances(Ted) Barnes born in the Forest of Dean in 1906. His mother lived in Lydney and a few family members including my father Leslie, his brother Frank and a nephew Steven are buried in Viney Hill cemetry. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Rita Rook
