Fatal Accident of George Hubert Cook 1878-1939 (General)

I Have been trying to find out any information about George Hubert Cook b 1878 at Bream Eaves and died in 1939.He was apparently killed in a accident but i have not been able to find out any information about it.His mother was Charlotte Hampton of Bream 1868-1930 and his father was Samuel Cook 1866- from Whitecroft.Thanks Angela

His name is listed in the index of the last Forest of Dean inquest book on page 432, unfortunately this is one of the inquests not yet available (closed under the 75 year access rule).

The fact that there was an inquest could mean that there were some unusual/interesting circumstances to his death and that this was reported in the Dean Forest Mercury. Otherwise you will have to wait until 1/1/2015 for the inquest details.
