George HALE (General)

George HALE died on 30 November 1913 in an accident at work at Cannop Colliery. An inquest was held on 1 December 1913 and evidence was given by his brother Alfred.

I am trying to find a possible link with Dorothy Emma HALE whose father, George, was shown as deceased on her marriage certificate in 1920.
