Powder House Farm standing east of the road between Tutshill and Woodcroft was one of the farm-houses on the Tidenham manor estate in 1769 (fn. 56) and was a stone house with a thatched roof in 1813. (fn. 57) At least one cottage had been built on the common east of the road at Woodcroft by 1712, (fn. 58) and by 1815 there was a small settlement of six or seven cottages there. (fn. 59)

"Gilaford" -> Ayleford ?

This has the makings of a transcription issue.
The nearest I can "visualise" without access to the original image would be perhaps Ayleford written as Ailaford - a flowing rounded A looking like a G - maybe ?
Ayleford is close to Blakeney Hill woods so plenty of work for a Sawyer, before William becomes an Ag Lab

Neighbours of William YOUNG 1841/1851 census
by m p griffiths , Sunday, November 07, 2010, 12:47 (5206 days ago) @ franmogridge
If you look at the 1841 census for William YOUNG and his family - and look at the neighbours - including Frances GLYNN + James GLYNN, Anthony GARDINER, and the WILLETTS: these neighbours haven't moved in 1851.
The 1841 census doesn't have street names, only farms and occasional cottages, but on the 1851 census they do.
Frances GLYNN - the next door neighbour is in Bishton Lane, Tidenham - Betty WILLETT is at Rye Farm - and Daniel GARDNER is at Bishton Farm
