I'll see if I can add to this - They were living in the "St Briavels" extraparocial area which is "The Forest of Dean" to all intents in this time period.
The name may be spelt HUZZEY and almost certainly has links via the Lydbrook / Redbrook Tinworks to Glamorgan. http://www.forum.forest-of-dean.net/index.php?id=15667
