Evans of Rockfield and East Bicknor (General)
Hi
I have been researching the family of John Evans and Tryphena (JONES) of either/or Rockfield/East Bicknor...........
They baptised 10 children at either the 'Tump' or 'Red House' at these two locations. Ellen bp 1841, Maria 1843, & Ann 1844 are all at Rockfield, then the last five are baptised at East Bicknor where the abode is either Red House, or the Tump.
Two boys, John c1845 (on census says Rockfield) and Frederic c1848 (census says East Bicknor) no baptism seems to exist, unless anyone can offer suggestions as to where else to look please?

Thanks for that, if you haven't found John Evans (junior) baptism, then I'm not going mad looking for him..........is Rockfield one of those parishes that straddles both Monmouthshire and Gloucestershire?
