Church of Latter Day Saints have baptisms at Ganarew, Herefordshire, parents Daniel & Ann PRITCHARD

Elizabeth - 19 October 1794

Margaret and Ann - baptised 2 April 1797.

Then FOD records have baptism at Whitchurch (about a mile away) of a William PRITCHARD 7 August 1799 - parents Daniel & Ann

On the odd occasion, the child's name was incorrectly recorded - and the father's name written down instead. This did occur in my family tree - and the Chief Archivist at the Gloucester Records Office, said this did happen from time to time.

the name Margaret could be a family name, as David named a daughter Margaret
