John HALE born circa 1848 drowning Guernsey 1865

I have found a newspaper report on a John Hale drowning in Gurnsey Harbour in 1865 - Cheltenham Chronicle, Tuesday 14.2.1865. He is aged about 16 from Gloucester. Could this be the drowning referred to although not in Bristol?. I have sent it in as a photo as I have yet to discover the best way to download from British Newspapers on Line and take a photo of it on the screen!
