BMD Records Ancestry (General)

Has anyone else had a Problem finding BMD's on Ancestry for St Briavels/Hewelsfield which used to be Registered at Chepstow - Before Ancestry updated their website these records always came up and I could attach them to my Tree - but now I cant find any BMD records which I know were registered in Chepstow.

I don't know if this problem has cleared itself since you posted on October 10th, but checking it now, 13th, it works O.K.
When typing Chepstow into the location box it might be best to go along with the predicted address as you type in Chepstow and click on ancestry's predicted location of 'Chepstow, Monmouthshire, Wales' in the drop down menu.
I believe the site is optimised for Internet Explorer 10 and I know, from experience, that earlier versions of I.E. are not supported.

Many Thanks Harry,We have Internet Explorer 9 and can't upgrade to 10 or 11 as our PC is Windows Vista.

Hi Alison,
if this really is the problem, try using Chrome or better still Firefox.
