I don't know exactly when this was taken but I'd guess between 1914 and 1920.
It was taken at 9 Regent Street, Lydney and shows from left to right:

Chalres Edward Beard was the Brother of Henry George Beard
who owned the Colesium in Cheltenham from 1919 to 1946.
