Emigration to Brazil (General)
Looking for Forest of Dean folk who may have emigrated to Brazil in late 1860s, or early 1870s. Evidently the experience was horrific, with many Gloucestershire & Warwickshire residents succumbing to the offers of the emigration agents. Charles DAVIS - from Maisemore, his wife Lucy and their three young children were enticed by many false promises. Thanks Jenny
