Does anyone have any information about the parents of Ann HERBERT (b abt 1797, possibly in Monmouthshire), who married John PARSONS on 1 Jan 1816 at English Bicknor. Ann and John had three sons, Thomas (b. abt 1824), Joseph (b abt 1828) and Isaac (b abt 1830).

I have found an Ann Herbert on the IGI - christened 31/07/1797 at LLANGIBBY, Monmouth. Parents William and Ann. Ann jnr's marriage is also on IGI, so possibly a connection?
