BMD Stuff - may help with Thomas (General)

Once again - thank you
Yes I have seen the BMD entries. The Albert Walford marriage of 1866 - Ross-on-Wye is the correct one.
But Thomas has me stumped. According to Albert's death certificate, his father was Thomas and his mother Martha. I can't find a match anywhere. The Thomas Walford marriage of 1842 ddoesn't have a match with a Martha.
A Thomas Walford did marry a Martha in (I think) 1858, so it is possible that he was married twice, and the Martha listed on Albert's death certificate as his mother was actually his step-mother. It is all just guesswork really.
However, if I am really lucky someone else may see this and have the answers I am seeking.
Your help has been great in reinforcing some of my theories and making them fact.
Thanks again
Carol
