Password changing (Announce)
Dear Sir I have read all the FAQ data and yet I cannot undrstand why every time I want to get into this site I have to request a new password which, encrypted is difficult to read let alone remember, and although it is suggested that the data may be changed in the User Area , I can find no place in that area in which to do it. Sorry if I appear disgruntled, but I am not a computer whizz kid , just a little old lady trying to trace my dead ancestors before I join them .Please can you help ?

How to change your options
If you don't fully understand what is on the Help-FAQ, maybe a relative or friend could go through the points with you while sat in front of your computer.
Additionally, with regards to logging in, sometimes a cookie can get corrupted which can cause the problem, you will need to delete the cookies stored in your browser and restart your computer before attempting to log in again.
