Hi Rita

It's looks as though you will be searching the Victoria State records and it seems that their website wants you to pay to view the index pages (though each page is only 99cents they suggest you limit the payment to a maximum of $5). This will get charged back to your card in sterling.
In your case I suggest you refine the search with as much detail as you can to limit the number of entries that it finds before paynig or viewing anything.

I am not familiar with what then happens with this state - hopefully you will be able to see enough detail to allow you to make some progress. You can always save a copy of anything displayed on the screen even if you can't print it.
