I do hope it is appropriate to ask questions about a building rather than people. I am researching the history of Unlawater House, Newnham and would appreciate any background information that members are willing to share with me. All the fragments I have, which include census references and some information on Walburga Lady Paget, don't tell about people and their lives.

It appears to have started life as HILL HOUSE. Info starts at (fn52)
