As I am about to embark upon the search for my maternal side of the family I would like to record my admiration for the site in general.I am quite a novice regarding this but feel sure that FoD FH will eventually guide me to the correct places which I am looking for

It is the BEST site, and I have used a few.
But I guess we are biased.
