Obviously there is some work to be done here - but on Rootsweb connect - there is a tree with a Jonathan HIBBS - father William HIBBS - and a death given of 2 December 1698 in Coolford, (Coleford I assume, England). The tree says, Jonathan married Margaret COX - 8 July 1689, in Frenchay Friends Meeting, Bristol

Quickly looking at the Forest of Dean Records on this site - there is

at Westbury on Severn - burial of a Jonathan HYBBS, residence Flaxley, 'Burial of Jonathan HYBBS - of ye Parish of Flaxley - 16 April 1698.

But on Ancestry, Gloucestershire, England Extracted Parish Records
