Ann LANDON/JAMES (Albert James LANDON, 25 March 1849) (General)
Marvellous, thank you so much
Now I just need to trace Edwin's christening ... anyone any ideas. I suppose I should attach both Edwin and William's details to the emigrated page. Edwin went to Russell, Manitoba and William went firstly to New York with his wife and then divorced and he went on to Aukland New Zealand. In the 1881 Edwin says he was born at Ley Low at this point he is living with his wife in Attercliffe near Sheffield and he was a Confectioner / Baker.
I am in touch with both William and Edwin's descendents, they will be thrilled.
Soon as I get chance I'll take a trip over to Westbury on Severn Church and look up the graves of Ann and George.
thanks to your speedy replies ... Linda
