I can rule that one out.

As I can't find another possible Florence in 1911 it does appear that she emigrated between 1901 & 1911.

Needle in a haystack is spot on, but not half as bad as looking for a Florence ? :-)

Could this be a son of "our" Thos Davey & Florence P. Morgan, a brother to Florence P.A. b1903, the Morgan second name perhaps recognises they were not yet married ?
NO !, the free Ancestry 1911 access lets me find this lad with his Jackson/Beddal grandparents born & still living in Swansea... which is probably followed by

Again most probably coincidence, but reminds me that Florence b1875's grandfather was a Thomas Morgan, as was Gertrude b1875's father...?

HOWEVER, searching the above Thomas Morgan Davey's shows it is actually quite a common name in South Wales, so what now ????

I suggest perhaps searching for Thos M.Davey born 1866-1870 within the neighbourhood of Florence's address in 1901 Penarth Census.
ALSO the Emmigration Records for them both, hopefully travelling together and from Cardiff ?
