Verdun (General)

Slowhands i am not aware of any family member falling in the 1st world war why did you suggest that ?

Verdun was a very significant battle in WW1 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Verdun
we have seen a few first names related to battles perhaps where family or villagers fell.
