Various families are on the Forum living in Millend Row at various times :-

The census should be sequential dwellings, so if you can work out if its North - South or south - north !


So in 1901 the enumerator starts at the Lodge and moves along Millend, Millend Row on to Etloe House and farm. That feels like North -> South from Blakeney heading out to Etloe.

This might help align the census with a map / specific cottage.
