I am looking for information about Charlotte Barnard born about 1856 to Elizabeth Barnard, unmarried. Elizabeth later married George Carpenter of Mitcheldean.

Charlotte went on to marry Miles Adams of Mitcheldean in 1892.
They had a daughter called Frances about 1893.

Frances was a cousin to my grandmother Annie Carpenter and they were very close. My grandmother spoke of her all the time and I would like to now what happened to Frances. I think her married name might of been Mansell.
