Does anyone have any information on George Hathaway who owned Bream Court Farm in the early 1800s?
I know he was married to Elizabeth Kear but cannot find anything on his birth, date of marriage or his death and burial.
He died at Bream but is not buried there although his family is.
Have been looking for a long time without success and would very much appreciate any help.

Thank you for your reply. This is the family. For some reason I had not found the burial.
I shall now examine Newland Church gravestones.I had sent for the Will but although it was interesting it gave me no real family information. The parents you have found for George do look a distinct possibility.I shall let you know if I find anything further. Thanks once again for your prompt reply.
