Hi my great grandmother Mabel Lucy Howells c1891( father John, mother Eliza) married Howard Howells on Sept 28th 1916, it states on the parish records that his residence was Bedwellty and his occupation a collier, my grandmother was born in Bedwellty so I believe they must have moved there after the marriage. I was told that Howard was also born in the FoD but they were not related, not having an luck tracing his family hoping that someone may help thank you.

After adding John Howls baptism in Hereford to my tree ( I thought I had the correct person), I came across the same marriage as you in Hereford added Mary Barnett as his wife then the record below popped up. Well I know my geography is bad, Hereford to Gloucester I thought may be a possibility but even to me this seemed a long stretch. The John Howels of Longhope seems a stronger bet thank you.
