this is my history that i have so far I think the Williams are who connects us for sure and the time and place matches up.
James Williams (b. c1811 of Gloucestershire) married Susan ? (b. c1815). They had at least one son -

Henry Williams (b. 1869 Fulham, London) worked as a Post Office clerk, then as a sorter by 1901. He married Ellen (Helen) Augusta May (b. 1st q. 1874 Devonport, Devon) at Wandsworth, London in the 2nd q. of 1893. They had at least three children –
