Perreval gravestone St Margarets churchyard, Welsh Bicknor (General)

Discovered this gravestone in the churchyard and I would appreciate more information on these tragic deaths.

Marie, Elizabeth, Josephine
11yrs 9 months
Died Feb 6 1869

Agatha, Dorothea, Agnes (4th and 5th daughters in family)
15yrs 7 months
Died Feb 10 1869

It looks like

A & E Perreval (maybe the parents?)

then

Glyn Wye

It appears that 6 daughters died within a period of 4 days.

Does anyone have more information as to these circumstances.
