Hi I am trying to find some information on the Merriman family that lived in the Ashleworth/Maisemore area.

I am a direct descendant from Anthony Merriman, born 1757.

We have found two separate Parish records for the baptism of Anthony:
Anthony Merriman, son of Saml. & Betty Merrriman christened 14 April 1757 at Ashleworth
&
Anthony Merriman, ye son of Henry & Betty Merrriman christened 14 April 1757 at Ashleworth

In addition we are unable to find any information on Samuel or Henry except Samuel may have been born around 1729 and Henry around 1723.

We have a parish record of Samuel marrying Elizabeth Larton in 1754/55:
Saml Merriman married Betty Larton, 26 December 1755 at Ashleworth
Saml. Merriman married Elizabeth Larton, 26 December 1754 at Ashleworth

And just to really confuse us Ancestry.com and IGI have records of an Anthony Merriman, born April 1757 to Samuel and Jane Merriman (this may be incorrect and confused with Anthonys son Samuel who married a Jane)

I would love any information on Samuel & Henry parents, siblings or descendants.
